Okay i had an older version of Ulx installed and someone used a glitch to become super admin i have instaled the newest version of Ulx and the person still has super admin can you help me remove it?

Delete your entire garrysmod/data/ULib folder.

i have deleted the entire ULIB and ULX folders in the server 4 times now and he is still super admin

Remove him from  /garrysmod/data/ULib/users.txt and /garrysmod/settings/users.txt
