Title: Concommand Blocked

I recently updated my server's Ulx to the SVN version and for whatever reason it seems to be ignoring cexec commands and giving a "Concommand blocked" message in the console. Any ideas? Or is it just me?

Edit: cexec seems to work fine when used in chat with the !cexec command, it's when you try and do it in the console with "ulx cexec etc. etc." it gives the error.
