Title: need massive help(i know ive looked all forums)

Ive started a GMOD10 dedicated server Ive downloaded ulx and ulib i need to know what i have to do to make me admin Ive done ulx adduser and every time i restart my GMOD browser the admin effect goes off then ill have to redo the command and reconnect to the server and Ive tried to make the users.txt edited to me but i just don't know how to do it i need some assistance Ive looked in the help posts i didn't find anything that helped me

OVER OVER OVER your current garrysmod/settings/user.txt

make sure you are doing this in your server's garrysbod/settings/user.txt not your clients filder.

PLEASE NOTE... you must change teh steam ID to yours. If you dont know how to find your steam ID.. go into a server and type status and your steam ID will be displayed.. this only works when you are connected to a multiplayer server, not single player.
