Title: I want to unban someone, they are auto banned again!

Hello.
I recently banned someone on my server via ULX.
I want to unban them, so I do, I remove them from the banned_users.cfg.
They connct fine but if the server restarts or they reconnect again they are listed as banned again!

Help!

This happend to me one time. The "banid 0 STEAMID" turned out to be saved in my gmod plus settings file. (gmp_settings.cfg) When this happend i was not using ulx but i advice you to check inside all scrips that run alongside your server including your server mods. Check that file and modcache. If your still lost or just lazy run a search INSIDE of all files IN your server DIR for that specific steamid. it should show all instances of it. Windows will not do this for you. You will need a 3rd party program. Any will be fine. I personaly used "Turbo searcher" found at http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/File_Search_Utilities/Turbo_Searcher.html
