Title: Need Help With Admin

I just downloaded ULX, and I don't know how to add myself to the admin list. I read the readme, I read the sticky at the top of this page, but I just can't figure it out.  ???

Any help would be fine. :)

Mainly trying to figure out where to put my steamid in the file where you add admins..
