Title: [REQUEST] Meteor Attractor + Strider Laser

Hello Gentlemans and ladeys i would know if some one can create a weapon : Meteor Attracor and a other weapon : Strider Laser and send me it by mail

Meteor Attractor
It Do a Rail From The Sky To The Point Where We Aimed Then It Make fall a Light (Meteor) To the ground and explode when touch with a medium explosion

Strider Laser
It Is a Portable Gun of the strider the one who make a laser then a explosion
