Hello, I am French and I seek how to install the menu VMF loader/contraptions I N do not arrive has to make so that Ca goes, J have to install the MOD but after I do not know this quil is necessary to make for L have, can you m help?

I've not heard of it.

Either way, if you want to install a mod ... put the mod in your Steam/SteamApps/SourceMods/Gmod9/Mods foler.
LUAs go in Steam/SteamApps/SourceMods/Gmod9/Lua

Depends on the file it comes in too. If you open the zip/rar file and it already has folders in it such as Mods, Maps, Materials and LUA, it needs to be put in Steam/SteamApps/SourceMods/Gmod9 , all the others will go where they need.

Sorry, other than that, you should find a French forum. Doesn't FacePunch have some foreign speaking forums?

The VMF Loader mod is installed like so:

Contraptions>gmod9 folder
vmfloader folder>gmod9/lua folder
vmfloader.lua>gmod9/lua/init

The next version of the VMF Loader will be in a nice installer...so it's easy to figure out.

I does not include/understand, I wants just the file contraptions and anything D different in my MOD, I do not know or L to install bus J have many files in the contraptions.rar, or to put them?

1) If you can't understand what we say, please find someone who can read French/English well to help you.
2) Ask in the FACEPUNCH forums where VMFLoader was released. Is VMFLoader even a ULX/Ulib based mod?

VMF folders should look like
For listen server...
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/SourceMods/Gmod9/Contraptions/ folder
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/SourceMods/Gmod9/LUA/VMFLOADER/ folder
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/SourceMods/Gmod9/LUA/init/vmfloader.lua file

For Dedicated Server...
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/<your_user_name>/Source Dedicated Server/Gmod9/Contraptions/ folder
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/<your_usern_ame>/Source Dedicated Server/Gmod9/LUA/VMFLOADER/ folder
x:/program files/Steam/SourceApps/<your_usern_ame>/Source Dedicated Server/Gmod9/LUA/init/vmfloader.lua file

lol, quand tu traduise ses mots, utilise pas l'argot, parce que le traducteur le traduit pas correctment.

For everyone trying to understand him, where there's a capital J, he means the english word "I", and where there's a L, it means "the". A M means "me", and an N makes a statement negative (he used an online translator but also used slang French grammar so it screwed up the translation) so his first post is:

"Hello, I am French and I want to know how to install the menu VMF loader/contraptions I don't know how to make it work, I have to install the MOD but after I do not know that which is necessary to get it working, can you help me?"

@lol: Mets les fichiers dans contraptions.rar dans le dossier "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\gmod9\Contraptions\" T'peux devoir créer le dossier "Contraptions", je sais pas.

If thats what he is asking, it seem he already knows how to install it, just not the the command/button to run it.

Please assist him for those that barely speak our native tongue ourselves brethren (I speak American, and admit not all do that well, sometimes myself) :D

Golden-Death: I can read Spanish pretty well, can't speak a word, but I can speak French and Italian. For some reason I think my knowing Italian put a mental block on learning Spanish, because of the similarities. Anyways, I hope that solved his problem... guess I'll wait to hear back.

Got 1 year of spanish under meh belt, I was the best student in the class, I guess I just have a thing for languages :P 2 more years to go!
