Ok all you ULX v1.x plug in/release writers out there! Lets start converting our plugins to ULX v2!

You might notice there's no /modules type folder for loading after ulib/ulx does.
Please see the readme files within both distributions for how to make sure your plug ins load
(Look for the 'assert' bits)

Is anyone working on an anti-spam plugin yet?
I don't know LUA, and though I've seen in other posts that 1.x's anti-spam didn't work (well, or at all according to some), I feel anti-spam is a necessary evil to keep people returning to a server.
I think I've seen some on the facepunch forums, but, I'd rather have it just use Ulib
