Title: A little help?

One question, where do i get the information from ulx debuginfo? I can give you all of the other stuff:
The symptoms are: rcon_password *sensored for obvious reasons* then i do rcon ulx adduser |JBS| Joe Shmoe superadmin immune. I have also tyred it with ""s and all it says if i am lucky is "Autokick is disabled for |JBS| Joe Shmoe. I would also give you the debuginfo but i can; find it. if you can tell me exactly WHERE is the file it sends to?

Yeah, and this may not have to do with it but... sometimes when i join i get a black screen and this in the console

Scriptenforcer: some lua Is not allowed by this server. i get like 5 mins of spam from that then gmod crashed.
