Title: How to disable chimneys in ULX 2.01

Can someone please tell me how to disable chimneys from being spawned, using ULX 2.01? I already have ULib, and I constantly have n00bs come into my server and mass-spawn chimneys. Can anyone tell me how?

 There is no anti-spam or prop protect written into Ulx v2.
I've read at the facepunch forums that Avon's Propprotect works fine with ULX v2.
I've not researched enough to know if his also includes an anti-spam.

If you know/learn lua, you could write a plug in for us.

It does contain a anti-spam, in the config there is an option for how many seconds alternatley you can spawn a prop

if you try to spawn a prop twice before that time is up, it will say "You can not spawn a prop every # seconds"

And I think there is a way to disable certain props.
