Title: Having starting problems with adding my self to server admin!

umm i have looked everywhere and cannot figure out how to add myself as an super admin to my server i cant even add my self as a regualr admin.  for example i put my steam id under data/ulib/users.txt but it didnt work as soon as i got in i tryed accessing menu by hitting !menu which is the right way right but all that comes up is motd button and that doesnt do anything .............. Can anyone help me

You found this forum.. but could not find the FAQs?
