Do you mean you can set each usergroup to start with certain weapons?  I would love to add a few weapons to the spawning loadout of my police usergroup.  If this topic is about something else, sorry I didn't understand.

Thats exactly what he means. There is a small hack that exists for UTeam, you can find it on these forums, just use the search feature.

This allows you to set what weapons each team starts out with. This can be different for each group.
