Title: Stool Protection

Is there any way to protect certain Stools from the guest group? There are too many stools that people can abuse and can't find any mod to block specific ones and Assmod just sucks.

Currently, there is no specific group allowance other than admin and above (or groups that inherit admin)
I believe Mr. President may be tinkering with some code for grouptoolallow and grouptooldeny

It's very possible, but the only current issue that makes this uneasy to make a release is that every single user is in the user group, so unless I knew your group names, It'd be hard to make a module for you.

If only there was a group that ungrouped people are in that no one else was in it'd be really easy. =)
