Title: Give a client a swep?

Is it possible to give a client a swep with ULX or any existing plugin?

if it's an admin only swep, just right clikc on it and it'll spawn it on the ground.

if you want to give them the weapon every time they spawn, see the FAQ discussion about limiting/setting weapons. Sweps are weapons too.
