Title: ((REQUEST)) Radio Addons?

I was wondering if any of you skilled lua scripters would make me a simple radio mod for my gmod server, I'm looking for a lua script that when you type !radio in chat it tunes into this radio station http://81.19.209.212:8510/listen.pls then when someone wants to turn it off type in chat !off, it seems simple but i sure has heck don't know how to do it so if any of you expert lua scripters could do it i would be very grateful. If you want I can give you permanent admin on the server if you do this for me.
