Title: Limiting sent/stools to Uteams

Is it possible to limit Stools and Sents to admin use only, without editing the LUA files for the entities?

Also, is it possible to increase the Prop limit for certain groups?

I have seen servers that run ulx limiting certain stools to "Respected" only etc, and i was wondering how this is possible, I want to set stools like Gcombat and Anti No clip to respected only, and also some Sweps

Make that: Is there a way to limit SENTS and SWEPS to usergroups :)
