Title: Ulib 1.2 + Ulx 2.21 How to add a admin?

Hi Ive recently upgraded from 1.13 ulx to 2.21 and I cant find where to add admins because its changed alot. Please help me I need to get my gmod 9 sever back up and running need to re-add 4 super admins. ???

We don't offer support for GM9 anymore, sorry.

SO u wont tell me what file to edit and what to change... even tho that has nothing to do with gm9... I dont want gmod9 support I want ulx support

Well, fine, since you put it that way, I'll say it like this for you.

We no longer offer support of ULX or ULib on GM9 servers.

To be quite honest, most of us have forgotten more about GM9 ULX than we've recoded for GM10+
I believe there are readme files, as with all of Ulysses releases, that explain and demonstrate what to edit or commands to use.
