Need a little help.

I tried making this on my own, BUT I FAILED.  What I am trying to do is make an input box at the bottom of the ULX MOTD in which a user is supposed to enter a number and hit okay.

If the number is correct, the motd closes.  If it is incorrect, the user is kicked.  Basically I am making the users read the rules for the number to get in.

Any help?
