Title: Make Admins unable to do things to super admin

Is there a way to make admins unable to slay/slap ect.. super admins ?

Yes, just make them immune.

Better yet, read "ulx usermanagementhelp" from console and read how to add the immunity flag.
Though, since they're superadmins, you'll have to use the server console (rcon or direct)
