Title: ban list deleted

every time my server crashes the ban list is reset is there code to make it saved the info that way if there perm ban they will not be let back in ???

 Sounds as though you have a server configuration problem...nothing to do with Gmod or ULX.

You _must_ load the banned users every time you start the server.
Check your gmod9/cfg/banned_*.cfg files..if they're empty..some other script is cleaning them.If they aren't empty, ulx is working, your server just isn't loading them at startup.
