Title: Gmod 9 ULX - How to set admin?

Hey,
So, I found a ULX for Gmod 9 on FacePunchStudio forum. I installed it... And I don't know how to set admin... I was looking in file where I can set it. I

made it like they said. But it doesn't work. How to show commands? I used "ulx", "!ulx" "!ulx help", and console said, there's no command like this.

How to show commands? How to set admin?

Oh, btw, can I turn off spawning objects BUT for players, so only admin can spawn? If yes, what's the command?

We are sorry to report that we no longer support Gmod 9 versions of ULX and ULib.

Why?
1) Read the readme file, or the other text files. We always include instruction for adding admins.
2) The code base has changed over 80% between Gmod 9 ( <ULX 2 ) and 11( >ULX 3 )
3) It's been over 2 years since the newest Gmod using it's current version of Lua was released.
We've rewritten much of the code, and therefore don't remember to be honest, and doubt most here do.
