Title: User Management Help not working!

Well, Every time I try to restrict a tool or add someone to V.I.P., etc., It tells me to type "ulx usermanagementhelp" in the console. So I do, but then it tells me it's a complex command for admins, and I'm a super admin.

Someone help me out here?

Dedicated or Listen server?
Which versions of ULib and ULX?
Are you sure ULX sees you as a superadmin? (Do a "ulx who" while connected to your server)
