Title: Disallow a usergroup spawning permissions

Is there a way i can stop a certain usergroup from spawning anything (weapons, props, entities, vehicles etc)?
I have a usergroup on my servers called minge. Obviously certain people who minge about get an hour or two in the minge group where they cant do but watch, although some have realised that they can still spam explosives.

Anyway yeah i'm not asking for a full-blown mod for this, just a piece of code i can put somewhere to stop the ULX group "minge" from spawning anything at all, thanks.

I am using URestrict to stop the group from spawning with anything of use however might make them spawn with only a gravgun. (Anyone think of a more useless tool? - Camera does not work as you cannot type or anything, heh.)

Spbogie's code could easily be modified to allow any _but_ minge group.

Thanks man, that helped a lot. I just changed it slightly so that if group is NOT in the table, they CAN spawn :)
