Just wanted to inform anyone who's having problems after the new update to Gmod.

Type +sv_scriptenforcer 1 at the end of your launch parameters of your server.

ex.
srcds.exe -game garrysmod -maxplayers 10 -console +map gm_wireconstruct_rc +sv_scriptenforcer 1

That helped me.

This works yes, but it seems to kick people who have custom scripts? Two people have been kicked from my server for the following reason...
Player NAME left the game (Kicked by Console : "Mismatch: effects\propspawn\init.lua")

Odd, it appears that garry's no longer sending out custom lua files at all unless script enforcer is enabled. Confirmed, Corvx's solution fixes the bug in garry's latest update.

At least... I hope it's a bug. I can't see why he'd purposely not want to send lua files unless script enforcer was enabled.

Is there anyway to stop it kicking players with the error I posted above?

If you're using sv_downloadurl, you need to delete your old cache and rebuild it.

Is there any way to stop the kicking of clients? It kicks them when they take out a stargate weapon or click on any tool. I tried scriptenforce_createmanifest but it didn't create a clientscripts.txt

Garry made it so you don't need to modify clientscripts.txt anymore

I found if you type sv_scriptenforcer1 in console, then reload the map, then turn it off. ULX will still function properly and clients will be able to use the tool guns.
