Title: ULX Do not work after steam update.

I have tried using the latest svn version of ulx and ulib but it does not seem to work. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Edit: ULX shows some trace of working,as when I join the server it displays the message Welcome to "server name" and then but neither motd or !menu appears.I tried slapping myself through !slap but now it says you do not have acess to this command.I am 100% sure I added myself as admin as it used to work before.

Please help!
