Title: Crazy Lag

Ok so.. I just installed The mod into my garrysmod addon's folder. And the second i start up my dedicated server it started lagging like crazy. THE mod worked fine because in console i see everything showing up but it was too much. Once i removed the 2 folders from my addons the lag went away... can anyone tell me how to keep the mod in and fix the lag?

OK forget that. I fixed that problem. My only problem left is how do i make myself a super admin? Its my server.. And im not a super admin?
