Title: Problems with admin promotion!
Post by: Mulliver on May 07, 2009, 09:17:58 AM: On a friends server i am at Respected rank, he is trying to make me Admin rank, but when he put in the console "ulx adduser mulliver admin" it said " mulliver has been added to group "admin". The scoreboard still says i am at Respected and i have no admin commands. He then tried to put me into the users.txt in the ulib folder, it still didn't work. If i put "ulx who" into the console it says i am admin with no immunity. We have tried rejoining, server restarts.

Maybe that will work?

Also, have him look in server console for errors to report to us.

Post by: DiscoBiscuit on May 09, 2009, 06:27:35 PM: It doesn't change the scoreboard rank until you die. Also you need to do ulx adduser name admin 1 for immunity.
