Title: Restrict Spawning from Vehicles List

I have found a script that allows me to use a command to spawn a vehicle (/buyjeep) with DarkRP and I am looking for a way of stopping someone from just spawning a jeep from the vehicles list. Is there a way of doing that with ULX? I still want them to be able to spawn vehicles, only from the DarkRP command and not the vehicle spawn menu.

Can you set the vehicle count to 0 and have darkrp allowed to spawn still?
