Title: URestrict not working for me.

I just tried URestrict on my server. I spawn with all the weapons (Superadmin), players just spawn with gravgun, physgun, camera, toolgun. But my rank Police, which is actually the group operator, only spawns with a camera gun.

EDIT:
I look through my logs everyday to see who has been mingey when theres not an admin on. How would I ban someone by StID who is not online?

Rank?? Do you mean group? Or do you mean team?
Remember, Gmod group names have nothing to do with team names (like from UTeam)
If you're saying 'rank' as the way it shows in a scoreboard (such as sui_scoreboard), that is a team name, and not necessarily a group name. Gmod, and ULib/ULX, see groupnames.
Treat teams as a totally different system. If you're using UTeam, or another script/gamemode that allows for matching of team names to group names, that is the only way they coexist as similar.

Does your "Police" exist as a group in your ULX groups?
That is, if someone on your server joins who says "police" in a scoreboard, how do they appear in a "ulx who" listing?
If they have no title in ulx who, then they are "user". If not, they're whatever title they have.

As for the ban command you're wanting, if you're using SVN, see the "ulx help" from console for banid

Police are operator.
Police on sui, operator in groups.
