Title: Timed map rotation + vote overrides

Well since i cant see any ways to make a map rotate i will assume that it hasnt got that function so here it is

A script that allows a user to input different maps

and the server will change map after a selected time or a vote
also to include votes which allow to extend times

if this has been done i apologiz
