Title: Blocking Stools

   Hello, recently I bought a server, it runs on ULX, since it is a build server, I’d like to block some Stools (like dynamite for example (I changed sbox max dynamite to 0, but is there a way to do this in ULX?)).

 I DON’T want to use ASSMOD, however, then I’d like to ask, would ULX and AssMod run without conflicting?

Also, I'm having problems with the !menu, it doesn't work
im using ukgame.co.uk as host, my friend has problems witht hat host too, also, I have current ULX SVN.

Q3: is there a "owner" group in ULX?

I don't believe there are any major conflicts between ULX and most other admin mods.

You can create any group you want in ULX :)
