This may not be the right forum, or the right place to put this, but I trust this team ALOT more than the people on Facepunch so I'll just post my idea here.

Ok, I've been working on a script that denies tools based on the groups they are in. What's cool about it, is that you don't have to be in the exact group to have access. As long as you are the lowest group able to access it or higher, you can still use the tool.http://

Chief, though I'm never against seeing competition and different style ideas, how is your limiter different from Jay's URestrict?
Admittedly, Jay hasn't said much in these parts lately... what features would set yours apart?
(Wait, now that I think about it, does Jay's allow for ULib's inheritance?)
