Title: No PVP in Dedicated Server?

Hello,

I'm running a dedicated sandbox server, and for some reason, i can't enable PVP. I Enable it with ULX, and it says its enabled, but i cant hurt anyone. I tried hitting ungod on them, but nothing. What am i doing wrong???

Adv. Dupe, Life Support 2, Resource Distro. 2, Mescools Swep pack, PHX3, SmartSnap, NPC Spawn Points, Stacker tool, Tatical Weps pack, ULIB, ULX, WeightSTool, Wiremod, Zeno Cash, and Massless thrusters.

Thanks, the above worked great. I put it into a cfg file so i can just run it easily.
