Title: Restricting Props

When I added URestrict to the server, it restricted the tool gun, and keys (I have a RP server)

Is there any other way to restrict props without URestrict?

UNoLimited - allows admins/superadmins to go past set standard sbox limits.
UPPL - Sets prop limits on individual items. (on page 2 in Releases as of this posting)

I have plans to upgrade UNoLimited to allow control of other groups, but haven't set a time frame yet.
