I am wondering on how to change player rank names with ulx. I want to change operator to moderator but I'm not sure how.

If you're speaking strictly group names, and you're using the ulib/ulx svn, use the "ulx renamegroup", otherwise edit groups.txt.

If you're speaking about scoreboard names, edit uteam.
