Where may i download the ulx motd, the one with the text that pops up when you join some servers?

The server streams it to you in the background after you join, you don't "download" it.

See the attached file. This is the default MOTD included with ULX. Some servers have custom MOTDs and is temporary saved in your Garry's Mod folder as temp_html_page.html.
