Title: Banning does not work.

Ok this is very odd but lately on my server when I try to ban people they get kicked but they can instantly rejoin.

Also sometimes nothing happens when you try to ban somebody,just a message appears saying player was banned but infact the player is still in the server.

Any errors in server console?
Using latest revisions of both ULib and ULX?
If not, what revisions of either?
There are four ways for the ban command in ULX...which way are you using;
Game console, server console, chat, or gui menu? Do any of them work?

If you ban them using normal Steam server 'ban' command through rcon or server console, do they still get in?
If so, it's not ULX.

No errors,I am using latest SVN version.When you do chat command !ban it kicks the player but the player does not get the ban for the ammount entered i.e he can rejoin straight afterwards.This happens when I do through rcon or in anyway with ulx.When I do banid in the server works fine but when I do ulx commands through rcon then people dont get banned.

here is what i type, and the response console gives me
ulx ban "Måst?r JC? | Lucky-Gaming" 0 "restart in 3 secs chill out not actually banned rejoin its a test"
You banned Måst?r JC? | Lucky-Gaming permanently (restart in 3 secs chill out not actually banned rejoin its a test)

but the player revives the message console"""kicked by console""
and the ban doesn't take

also this is with the most current update of ULX and ULIB
