How will my players know to clean up the stuff they're not using, and which ClanPay link to use to donate to the server? HOW WILL I TELEPORT RIGHT TO WHERE I'M LOOKING WITH ONE SINGLE CHAT ENTRY?!?!?!! 
*bawls hysterically*

but anyway, any idea when they'll be implemented back into svn? Love it!  ;D

Adverts, they'll be back when they get written back in. They're not a high priority on the rewrite list.
Try using motd to notify players to clean up stuff while on/not using it.
Use UPS or another prop protect that erases stuff when they leave.

Teleport works both from chat and console.
If you're getting an error, please post it.
Don't just assume something is missing.
"ulx help" even shows teleport is available.
