Title: RP Plugin

Like in AMXX it has a RP mod with all kinds of things like:
* A Cell Phone
* NPC That Sell Items
* Tons of Items
* And Etc.

It would be really cool to have this for ULX I think it would get alot more people to start using it.

ULX is a server administration mod.
ULib is a code library, which scripts (including ULX) can use to verify access (among so many other things)

I could see a plugin being written that involves ULib and its ucl (user control list), but, I don't see why you'd write any of those features into ULX.
