Title: Delay MOTD close

hey guys, i was wandering if there was a way to make the MOTD not able to be closed for a certain period of time (basically i want something like the SGC servers have). Make the button like grey/disabled untill the countdown timer is up? any suggestions?

All i know for a fact that this is possible and you have a chance of someone scripting this for you it would requite a timer function and some enable function im guessing?
