Title: Force download question

How does one add props from my addons folder in garrysmod/garrysmod/addons, as an example I'd like to add these

Did you read the instructions? You just add the folders and files you want them to download, with addons/addon_name removed from the path. Forcing them to download the entire prop folder won't work very well since there's a lot of extras in there, but you can make them download the folders inside that one just fine.
