Title: Implementing Admin Menu

I have ULX/Ulib and DarkRP on SVN.

I was wondering if I could somehow implement ULX with DarkRP.
What I mean specifically is allowing only admins to join a specific team.
By joining this team the admins then get a special menu, but thats my part.
So, can I somehow make an admin-only team?

Also, I was wondering if its possible to make a GUI that works with ULX groups.
Like, if you are group "Super Admin" you can press f3 and get a special menu to change your skins, etc.

If you're a lua programmer, it wouldn't be all that difficult.
