Title: Making groups

I'm new to ulx and its brilliant so far, but is there some way of setting what certain groups can use without editing the config files directly as I always mess that up? Thanks

Read your "ulx usermanagementhelp" and "ulx help" from server console or from game console if you're superadmin.

ulx usermanagementhelp hasn't been updated for SVN yet though...
