Title: Uppl keeps breaking. :c

Hey guys, hope you can help me out with this one..

When I restart my server, Uppl works fine and naughty props are blocked. However, after a certain period of time, something will happen to cause it to break and suddenly allow banned props again. I have no idea why it's doing this, it's not giving any errors. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Advanced Duplicator and Stacker seem to be messing it up. Every time someone uses either of those, everything goes kablooey and Uppl stops working. :S

In the server console are there any lua errors when someone uses one of those other tools for the first time. Perhaps one of them is breaking a hook or function that UPPL relies on.

Nope, no console errors.

Also, I've just been using URestrict to deal with all that stuff.. but how can I disable loadouts completely AND keep people from spawning guns meant for admins only?
