Title: MOTD Lite

Apparently on older computers even a small MOTD window can take a while to show up, and that can be kind of annoying. Once before I installed Citrus admin mod, and it used a motd that simply darkened the screen and had text drawn, rather than html. There were a lot of people complimenting about how they liked that one better. Maybe including this as an option would be cool

I'm hoping that the webkit rollover will make it into the engine, too. At that point it should load a lot faster.
