Title: Admin groups

Hey. You know the superadmin and admin groups? How do you add a new group, such as VIP. I want this to be in effect in Darkrp as well, you know in the classes where one of the values was 0=everyone can be it, 1=admin only, 2=superadmin only. I want it to be 0=everyone, 1=vip, 2=admin 3=superadmin.
If you know how to do the groups great! If you know how to modify the darkrp thing even better :D

You should also see "ulx usermanagementhelp". The text it displays is a bit out of date for SVN, but still gives a good idea of the commands.
