Has a command been made so if the majority votes yes then it will restart just wondering i thought it would be a good idea

Uh, sort of. Votemap.
It's been so long since I used or looked at the code though...
Team, does votemap allow you to vote for the same map you're on?
If not, it should let people. This way people could use it as a vote restart.

I don't recall writing in a limitation so that you couldn't vote for the map you're on...
