Title: Urestrict is not working properly

Hi every time i join the server and attempt to access Urestrict the server's rcon receives the error:
ERROR: Hook 'ur.syncClient' Failed: Ulib/modules/URestrict.lua:96: attempt to call field 'getAllLoadedPlayers' (a nil value)
Removing Hook 'ur.syncClient'
Ulib/modules/URestrict.lua:96: attempt to call field 'getAllLoadedPLayers' (a nil value)

resulting in the loadouts in the URestrict gui to not show/create. Also the gui displays Loadouts Enabled:nil and Exclude Admins:nil. Any help with fixing this error?

Oops sorry jay didn't realize you were using that function. It's not necessary anymore, just pass in nil instead.

     - Lol, all good. The only bad thing is, I don't have my commit info anymore.
