Title: Commands not working

this was working a few days go but now it has stopped for some reason.

the !menu in chat dosent give me the admin menu just the user menu
I checked the txt file in the garrys mod folder, deleted the cache, etc. and no good, i cannot get admin back.

I got the motd to work though

This is what i get in console:

I have applied the fix posted here and nothing

Something odd I've noticed about the recent GMod update is that superadmins seem to no longer be considered "full" administrators; they don't have access to the basic GMod admin-protection (Protected SWEPs/SENTs, kick/ban from the scoreboard, etc.).

Add yourself as a normal admin and it should work. Worked for me, at any rate.

I resolved it.
I copied my old ulib groups allow commands to the new one and it fixed it
