What file are we suppose to edit?  I edited the on in the ULX/data/ulx/cfg.txt and the changes seem not to be taking place.

Don't edit the actual addons ULX folders.
Any editing of those in addons/ulx/data should be copied to gmod root/data/ulx/config.txt (or adverts/gimps/votemaps whatever)

The "DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE" will appear in the actual data files too, JamminR. You might want to reword that... I've been trying to come up with something but failed. :P

It seems so few ever read the files or know about them, but perhaps people will see it.
Thanks for reminding us Aaron. we've had similar warning in the Ulib addons/ulib/data/Ulib groups and users files for a long time.
